An undisputed leader in work gloves, Protective Industrial Products is now a $660 million utility having its presence in more than twenty-one locations globally. The company offers a comprehensive suite of products focused on industrial safety, construction safety, food safety, welding safety, electrical safety, and emergency response.

A pioneer in industrial safety products, Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is a family of more than 20 popular and well-known brands such as JSP, CleanTeam, and VSeries. It has also been affiliated with some well-known leaders in its industry, such as IBC and Evergreen Marketing Group.

Struggles and Pains

Although the numerous mergers and affiliations that PIP has nurtured in all these years have helped it become an undisputed leader in head and hand gear, it made the process of employee lifecycle management quite tricky and tiring for its HR and IT team.
