User mailboxes can now be placed on Litigation Hold based on lifecycle and attributes, ensuring compliance with retention policies.

Lifecycle Tracking in ATS and Onboarding Workflows

Store Extension Attribute for Lifecycle Tracking
Similar to HR workflows, Hire2Retire now allows tracking of employee lifecycle in ATS and onboarding workflows, storing unique extension attribute. It allows organizations to distinguish between system-driven changes and IT manual identity updates.

Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 9.2

Hire2Retire now supports update operations across various lifecycle events such as Hire/Rehire, Leave, and Termination, even when the user account is in a disabled state.

Slack Access application on Hire2Retire now supports group-based user provisioning, allowing channel memberships to be automatically assigned to users.

Hire2Retire has improved the overall UI of the configuration form by dividing it into logical sections to provide a clean structure under Identity Tab.
