Share Workflows as Recipes

Hire2Retire is used to automate employee lifecycle and identity provisioning, including access to third-party application systems. Essentially it integrates data from HR system to AD or Azure AD (or identity Providers) converting the employee profile in HR to the identity and access profile in the identity provider.

It’s a simple and a common problem that Hire2Retire solves. However, in its workflows it captures a ton of configurations and choices that the users of Hire2Retire make on its no-code, self-service UX. In essence Hire2Retire workflows capture all the rules and the business practices of an organization for employee on-boarding, off-boarding and change of role business processes.

What if once you design a workflow, you can share it with your peers, manager or someone in HR or IT team to collaborate with? What if you could share the designed and/or tested workflow to another user account to enable segregation of duties of testing, UAT and production deployment.

RoboMQ had this feature of sharing a workflow as a “Recipe” in its API and data integration platform, Connect iPaaS. We realized that this powerful capability should be brought into the Hire2Retire product as well. And the good news is that with Release 4.7 you can share your Hire2Retire workflows to any users across your organization, to a specific user or to anyone using Hire2Retire in or outside of your organization. It’s your workflow and you make the choice who you share it with!

We certainly believe this is one feature that you will use to collaborate as a team for defining your workflow or to implement change management and segregation of duties for running production workloads.
