Struggles and Pains

However, as the company grew, so did its challenges. With over 300 employees working at 9 locations worldwide, Apryse came to a crossroads when the manual process of employee lifecycle management and identity provisioning in its company became too resource-intensive and costly. The sysadmins and IT team of the company were updating every employee profile and assigning access manually. Owing to its multiple development centers, the process of employee onboarding and offboarding between ADP and Azure AD (Active Directory) was very time-consuming and laborious. Some terminated employees of the company were still holding on to sensitive data and privileges, while new hires were still sitting on bench waiting for correct privileges to be assigned. This not only compromised the efficiency and productivity of its workforce but also posed security concerns. 

Apryse soon realized that this manual employee lifecycle management process is not working for them anymore and hence they started looking for a solution that could streamline workflows and ensure secure and efficient HR and IT operations for its company.
