In order to reduce time on manual efforts and create an uninterrupted flow of work, EarnUp needed an automated employee lifecycle management system. Once implemented, this automated solution would seamlessly consolidate the lifecycle events and boost real-time results.
Handling the employee lifecycle process manually was proving to be a cumbersome effort and a hinderance to the hiring process. Steps such as creating employee profiles, setting role-based privileges, and registering terminations became strenuous and led to inefficiencies, futile delays, and security threats.
Members of highly skilled IT sysadmin teams were spending valuable work hours on the tedious process of creating emails, identities, and access provision for the employees. On the flip side, new hires were slow to gain system access, thereby impeding the smooth onboarding process and the amazing “First Day at Work” experience.
To overcome these issues and to amplify competence, EarnUp adopted RoboMQ’s pre-packaged integration solution of automated “Employee Lifecycle Management and Identity Provisioning”. This integration synchronizes the lifecycle events by receiving employee HR events from ADP and updating these events into AD.
