Hire2Retire now lets organizations add and verify multiple secondary email domains through a simple TXT record check. Once verified, users on any of those domains can sign up, submit requests, and approve them. Access Request now covers the whole organization, not just part of it.
Contractors and hourly workers need to be reachable. They don’t need a full user account. Hire2Retire now supports the Contact entity in Entra ID, so organizations can provision non-employee identities as Contacts instead. HR-driven conditions automate the entire lifecycle, from creation to group membership to removal, so external users get exactly the access they need and nothing more.
Hire2Retire now supports future-dated leave management in Paychex, using Leave Start Date and Return from Leave Date. In addition to triggering leave actions based on leave status, Hire2Retire can now detect upcoming leave events and schedule leave actions in advance.
The ServiceNow Observe page now displays Operation values for child events, in addition to core events. This extends Operation details across the full event chain for improved event visibility and analysis.
