Support for MFA Reset and Session Revocation upon Termination

Reset MFA upon Termination

Hire2Retire now resets multi-factor authentication (MFA) and revokes all active user sessions as part of the termination process, ensuring immediate invalidation of access tokens.

When enabled, it removes all enrolled MFA factors such as authenticator apps and registered phone numbers. If the account is later reactivated, users must re-enroll MFA, preventing reuse of previously trusted devices and strengthening post-termination security.

Hire2Retire Adds SCIM Provisioning Support for Cornerstone OnDemand

Hire2Retire now supports SCIM provisioning for the Cornerstone OnDemand application, enabling automated user account provisioning, updates, and deactivation.

Support for Group-Based Conditions in Communication Hub Notifications

Hire2Retire now supports group-based conditions in the Communication Hub for triggering email notifications. Notifications can be sent based on group membership changes, in addition to user attributes, enabling more targeted and flexible communication across different user segments.
