Hire2Retire Phase 11.1: Tattle and KPA Flex support, Access Manager, and More
At RoboMQ, we’re committed to keeping Hire2Retire at the forefront of employee lifecycle automation. With the launch of Hire2Retire Phase 11.1, we’ve added powerful new enhancements to simplify workforce management and deliver an even smoother user experience. Let’s take a look at what’s new:

Hire2Retire now ensures the Onboarding event always runs before Hire or Rehire, regardless of when HR adds the employee record. Onboarding activities, such as service desk tickets, group assignments, and communications, always complete first, so nothing is skipped or duplicated. Once onboarding finishes, Hire2Retire automatically triggers and schedules the corresponding Hire or Rehire operation.
Hire2Retire now uses webhooks to fetch and process employee data from HiBob, enabling immediate data synchronization between HiBob and Identity Provider (IdP) setups. With webhooks, employee lifecycle events in HiBob are automatically triggered and sent to the Hire2Retire workflow for real-time processing, reducing delays associated with scheduled data polling.
Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 11.1
Edit on-premises AD agent connection settings directly from the UI, without reinstalling or reconfiguring the agent.
Fulfill and remediate Access Request and Access Certification directly within the ServiceNow App, with automatic status sync back to Hire2Retire.
