As part of the Phase 5.1 release, Hire2Retire now supports native integration with ITSM within the Hire2Retire UX, allowing you to extend the power of Hire2Retire and automate your service management workflows.

Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 5.1

Hire2Retire can now send a notification to an employee’s previous manager upon termination.

Hire2Retire now supports future hire and future termination events for workflows with on-prem AD integrations.

Hire2Retire users can now access prior release notes via the profile menu.
