As part of the Phase 6.2 release, Hire2Retire now supports API integrations with Oracle HCM to automate employee lifecycle management and resource provisioning.
One of the new features introduced in Hire2Retire’s Phase 6.2 release is support for API-based integrations with Oracle HCM, allowing users to sync employee profiles and manage lifecycle events between Oracle HCM and Active Directory or Google Workspace. Where previously, Oracle HCM integrations in Hire2Retire were only possible with the traditional file extract method, now the API solution can also be used to define and update HR employee data with both delta file extract and full extract options.
Integrating Oracle HCM to AD, Entra ID(Azure AD), Okta Directory and Google Workspace with an API takes just a few simple steps, thanks to Hire2Retire’s no-code automation capabilities. Simply select Oracle from over 18 leading HR systems on the Applications screen and select the “API integration” option to set up authentication. From there, Hire2Retire users can customize their data sync workflows with flexible schedules tailored to their specific needs.
Using the API solution to integrate Oracle with Hire2Retire has multiple benefits that increase the scope of Hire2Retire’s employee lifecycle and provisioning automation. By streamlining the process of defining employee data and assigning birthrights, new hires can be automatically pre-boarded and onboarded, while employee terminations can be done in a timely and sensitive manner. In addition, Hire2Retire enables a two-way data flow by writing back business emails to HR systems, eliminating the burden on Sysadmins to manually update every employee profile and event.
