As part of the Phase 6.5 release, Hire2Retire now supports three new ServiceDesk options: BMC Helix ITSM, Zendesk, and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, allowing you to automate your service management workflows.

Hire2Retire has established itself as a comprehensive employee lifecycle management solution by seamlessly integrating ServiceDesk applications with HR systems and Directory Services. Now, with the phase 6.5 release, Hire2Retire has extended its ITSM integration capabilities with the support for three new ServiceDesk options: BMC Helix ITSM, Zendesk, and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. Customers can now seamlessly integrate these ServiceDesk applications with Hire2Retire, enabling automated ticket creation across various lifecycle stages.   
Setting up these integrations in Hire2Retire is a simple process. Select your preferred application in the “ServiceDesk” section of your Hire2Retire workflow and configure the integration with minimal effort. Once the integration is set up, Hire2Retire can automatically generate tickets in your chosen ServiceDesk application. For example, when a new employee profile is created in your HR system, Hire2Retire can generate a ticket in Zendesk for IT support to provision necessary equipment.

With this enhancement, Hire2Retire now covers more than 90% of the ITSM market, significantly expanding its automation capabilities and offering more flexibility and efficiency in managing employee updates.
