The globally recognized SOC 2 examination is designed to ensure that organizations can secure and protect data and information of their potential and existing customers and affirm that a company’s infrastructure, software, people, data, policies, procedures, and operations have been formally reviewed and approved. RoboMQ’s SOC 2 audit was conducted by leading compliance assessor A-LIGN, a technology-enabled security and compliance partner trusted by more than 2,500 global organizations to help mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s leading SaaS product, accesses employee profile data from more than 15 supported HR systems and automatically syncs it with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, or Google Directory for employee lifecycle and identity management, including resource and access provisioning and birth rights enablement. Hire2Retire automates employee lifecycle management for pre-boarding, onboarding, terminations, profile changes, and long-term leave while implementing role-based access control (RBAC) to implement access to organization assets and information on a “need-to-know” basis.
By managing the employee lifecycle and its associated changes and impacts to identity platforms (AD, Azure AD, or Google Directory), Hire2Retire enables our customer organizations to meet some of the requirements for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST recommendations on cybersecurity.
