Integrating your ATS to Hire2Retire is as simple as creating a new Hire2Retire workflow and choosing a supported ATS system. Then, you can set up profile mapping preferences in the same way you would with an HCM integration. Hire2Retire can also track when an applicant is hired and starts work, and seamlessly transfer the responsibility of managing and syncing the profile data along to the HCM workflow. All you need to do to set this up is define a placeholder employee ID in both the ATS workflow and the HCM workflow, then sit back while Hire2Retire automates employee data sync for pre-boarding, onboarding, terminations, role changes, and long-term leave.
