Now, with the Phase 6.5 release, Hire2Retire enhances its focus on pre-boarding automation. The new support for integrating Paycom’s onboarding module allows employees with a pending status to be pre-boarded into AD, Azure AD, or Google Directory before their start date. 
Integrating Paycom Onboarding with AD in Hire2Retire is an easy process. Simply create a new Hire2Retire workflow and select Paycom Onboarding from the list of supported HR systems, set up authentication and configure your profile mapping preferences as you would with any HR integration. Hire2Retire can then schedule regular data extracts, either daily or at specific intervals, to keep your data consistent and accurate.

Users can run Paycom Onboarding to AD workflow alongside a Paycom HR to AD workflow. Once an employee is converted to new hire status, the Paycom HR to AD integration workflow manages future changes and syncs employee data to AD. This seamless transition ensures that new hires are pre-boarded and onboarded smoothly, while employee terminations are handled promptly and sensitively.
