Now, with the phase 6.5 release, Hire2Retire has extended its ITSM integration capabilities with the support for three new ServiceDesk options: BMC Helix ITSM, Zendesk, and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. Customers can now seamlessly integrate these ServiceDesk applications with Hire2Retire, enabling automated ticket creation across various lifecycle stages.
With this enhancement, Hire2Retire now covers more than 90% of the ITSM market, significantly expanding its automation capabilities and offering more flexibility and efficiency in managing employee updates.
