Support for On-Schedule Provisioning and Automatic Termination for Greenhouse

Hire2Retire now provisions Greenhouse ATS candidates into Entra ID or Active Directory based on their offer start date, ensuring timely onboarding and a smooth first day. It also supports automatic account termination if an offer is rescinded or if the candidate doesn’t appear in the HR system within the defined timeframe.

New Supported Application for SCIM Provisioning 

Hire2Retire has added support for Dynamics 365 application for SCIM provisioning.

Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 9.5

Hire2Retire now allows users to write business emails back to the Paychex HCM system upon employee lifecycle updates.

Users can now export Workforce360 canned reports by selecting only the fields they require.
