How is Hire2Retire Priced?

It’s a common question, and we agree that it should be since you are making a buying decision. You want to know 1) if the product fits your needs and solves your problems, 2) how much it costs, and 3) what it costs to own and maintain it. I will address pricing questions in this article, and the other two questions are addressed in multiple articles throughout our website and at How To…

Hire2Retire is priced on the number of active employees that you would be syncing to AD, Azure AD, or collectively to identity systems. These are the identities that you would be managing employee lifecycles for based on the HR profiles in HRIS. Hire2Retire would help you onboard these employees and manage role changes and terminations, all while keeping their security group memberships and reporting relationships updated with role-based access control (RBAC),

We are transparent with our pricing, and we list it on our website at $4.00 per active employee per month. There are volume discounts on the number of employee tiers and term discounts for the length of the contract period. The discounts get deeper with more employees, and you get a sweet deal on a two-year commitment which is typical of SaaS contracts.

Want to see what the price and the ROI may look like for you? Set up a meeting with one of our account executives,as we can certainly make the pricing work for you. But before that, we want to make sure that there is a functional fit and that Hire2Retire solves your problems and creates value. We would be happy to do an ROI and business fit analysis during our discovery and demo calls. If interested, set up a discovery call with us.
