As part of the Phase 6.4 release, Hire2Retire now supports API integration with Zoho People to automate employee lifecycle management and resource provisioning.
A key enhancement in this release is the support for API-based integration with Zoho, enabling users to seamlessly synchronize employee profiles and manage lifecycle events between Zoho and Active Directory, Azure AD or Google Workspace. Previously, Hire2Retire only supported Zoho integration using the traditional file extract method. Now, with the API solution, Hire2Retire users can define and update HR employee data using both delta file extract and full extract options.
Thanks to Hire2Retire’s intuitive interface, integrating Zoho API to AD, Azure AD, or Google Workspace is a simple process. On the Hire2Retire “Applications” screen, select Zoho from the list of available HR systems followed by selecting the “API integration” option to set up authentication. Following authentication, Hire2Retire users can customize their data sync workflows with flexible schedules to suit their specific requirements.
Support for Zoho API integration significantly expands Hire2Retire’s automation capabilities, offering additional value to companies seeking to synchronize data seamlessly between Zoho and identity management systems. It enables bidirectional data exchange, streamlining the update of business emails in Zoho, minimizing administrative overhead.
