Hire2Retire Phase 6.4: Support for REST Connectors, Zoho API Integration, Expanded SCIM Connectors, and more

Write Back Emails to Zoho

Write emails back to Zoho people in Hire2Retire.
Hire2Retire now supports the feature to write back business emails to Zoho upon employee lifecycle updates like onboarding, offboarding or role-change, allowing improved communication between teams.

New Supported SCIM Provisioning Applications

Hire2Retire’s SCIM provisioning feature now supports auto-provisioning and de-provisioning for 9 more third-party applications:

Other Features and Improvements in Hire2Retire Phase 6.4

Hire2Retire now enables HR attribute mapping across all Service Desk applications, enhancing ticket creation flexibility.

Hire2Retire has enhanced on-demand identity management capabilities with the support of file drop functionality on the flow design page.

Hire2Retire now displays scheduled report events and notifications in the user's local time zone, enhancing user experience.

Addressing shared mailbox concerns, Hire2Retire now remove licenses and group memberships post-conversion, mitigating data loss risks.

If groups share the same display names in memberships like Azure AD static DL, error messages in a partial success state will detail multiple entries.
