With Hire2Retire, InvGate can connect directly to your HR lifecycle ensuring faster onboarding and accurate access provisioning.
Driven by real-world customer needs, RoboMQ products always incorporate user feedback into product innovation. This time, one of our customers in the defense sector requested support for InvGate ITSM integration in Hire2Retire. They wanted to streamline their asset provisioning and onboarding processes. Within weeks, Hire2Retire delivered it, and we are excited to make this capability available to all our users.
With this integration, Hire2Retire customers can now automatically create and manage IT service requests. Users can create incident tickets or asset allocation requests in InvGate triggered directly from Hire2Retire workflows.
To set up integration with InvGate, navigate to the ServiceDesk section in the Hire2Retire workflow. From the list of ITSMs, choose InvGate and click on Configure ServiceDesk.
Put InvGate credentials and Link Account. You can now enable automated request creation in InvGate based on employee lifecycle events with Hire2Retire.
For instance, when a new employee is hired, Hire2Retire can automatically trigger a request to assign necessary resources like laptops or printers. Another example could be when an employee is promoted to a senior developer role, a new access request will be triggered for Jenkins. Now, with Hire2Retire connected to InvGate, you can automate many of these tasks.
InvGate Service Management is a modern platform that helps IT teams handle requests, incidents, and updates. It includes a self-service portal and personalized reporting, making it easier for businesses to stay organized and provide support.
