Phase 4.3 of Hire2Retire is now live, bringing new features and enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.
As part of the Phase 4.3 release, Hire2Retire now supports the Paycom® HR platform. Customers using Paycom® can now integrate and sync employee lifecycle data to AD and Azure AD through Hire2Retire, which will retrieve employee extract data through a Paycom®-hosted SFTP server. Hire2Retire will also now support version history of workflows with the ability to revert and restore to a previously deployed version or the last good state of the workflow. This can help ensure the integration will keep running while the RoboMQ support team helps fix any problems. In addition, there is an enhancement to the event notification feature where users who turn on event notifications will have any data-related failure events automatically sent to the RoboMQ support team for proactive resolution of issues.
