Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Omnimax has a significant presence in the residential and commercial construction markets with 26 manufacturing facilities dispersed throughout the United States and Canada Founded in 1996, the company has distinguished itself as the principal provider of fabricated panels to the Recreational Vehicle industry, benefiting from strong outdoor recreation and living trends.  

Struggles and Pains

As Omnimax endeavored to expand its employee base to cater to the increasing demand for its products, it began to face an escalating challenge of synchronizing data from its HCM system UKG Pro to AD (Active Directory) for its over 1000 employees. It was a laborious task that consumed significant time and effort. The repetitive nature of the cumbersome employee lifecycle management process impeded productivity and drained resources.
