As part of the phase 9.5 release, Hire2Retire has launched Integration Hub, a unified platform for enterprises looking to streamline and sync their employee identity systems.
Did you know, organizations today use an average of 100+ applications across IT, HR, Finance & Operations. Yet, according to research, only 28% of these systems are fully integrated. This creates a major gap in how the employee data flows across the organization.
In most enterprises, HR systems may update employee details, but they are not updated on identity platforms. Similarly, ATS systems may mark the candidate as hired, but IT won’t be able to create accounts until someone manually updates a ticket. Furthermore, if ERP systems don’t receive role change information on time, it might affect finance controls and compliance reporting.
These inconsistencies in information often lead to operational risks and security failures. Research shows that 47% of IT tickets are tied to account creation, access changes, and account removal. These challenges of conflicting data between HR, ATS, IdP and ERP systems cannot be solved without a single dashboard that connects and syncs all these applications.
To fill this gap, we have launched a new feature within our product suite, Integration Hub.
With integration usage increasing by over 60% every year, enterprises need a centralized dashboard to reduce the challenges of mismatched data.
Our new advanced feature, Integration Hub, eliminates these challenges by allowing organizations to automate their entire workforce lifecycle and sync identity data across all their applications. This dashboard unifies all your HR, ATS, IdP, and ERP systems and helps keep data consistent.
It extracts data from source systems (Hire2Retire) through lifecycle triggers such as hire, update, role change or termination and automatically transforms and pushes it to the destination systems (HR, IdP, ATS, ERP). It offers advanced attributes mapping, automates email notifications and offers full visibility into each event.
Integration Hub helps in ensuring that your employee records are created, updated and removed across critical enterprise systems and applications in real-time. It allows HR data to flow beyond IdPs and become consistent across all major workforce operation systems used within your enterprise. Here are 3 ways in which Integration Hub solves your identity management challenges;
For companies that hire high-volume seasonal staff, manual payroll entry becomes a challenge for the HR teams. With Integration Hub, they can now create payroll-ready profiles with exact details as soon as they are updated on the HR system. This not only saves hundreds of hours of time for the HR teams, but also ensures profiles are deleted and disabled as soon as the employment tenure is over.
For enterprises that have a high number of customer-facing or sales employees, CRM account creation and removal becomes a major headache when done manually. With CRMs like HubSpot charging enterprises per/seat costs, every single ghost account can lead to additional expenses for organizations. Furthermore, when a sales rep has to wait for days to get access to CRM, it wastes his time and costs the company in terms of output. With integration, the process of account creation, updation and deletion can be done in real-time, reducing direct costs by 64%.
Maintaining a consistent workforce identity across systems becomes much easier, especially when companies are using ERPs. However, ensuring that information in ERPs is consistent and in sync with the HR systems can be a challenge. Integration Hub helps provide real-time updates to ERP systems like NetSuite, and helps in adding, updating and removing records so that access can be provided and provoked through ERPs without any security risks.
Similar to our core product, Integration Hub also has an easy-to-use, no code UI for our customers. By following the simple steps listed below you can create an integration hub workflow to integrate your systems and monitor results as well as reports in real-time.
Firstly, you will need to choose the source type and set up the destination where you want the data to be synced. For now, we support existing Hire2Retire workflow to be used as the source application in Integration Hub. Once you configure attributes and filters, the “Connection” tab will provide you with the ability to define Auth setup for the source & destination systems to push secure and encrypted employee data.
In this step, you will be able to map the source of employee data to the destination identity profile. You can select your fields to map, including custom attributes.
– You can use string concatenation and text functions to map one of more HR/Identity fields to your destination application.
– Advanced excel style functions are provided for convenience.
– Source HR and Identity data elements are visually available for click or drag and drop for field mapping.
Our advanced communication hub has the capability to send email notifications for specific operation events. Using the Communication Hub, you can configure an email template tied to any operation in the destination. The communication hub will send email notifications to users depending upon the operation (Create, Update, or Disable).
As enterprises grow their workforce; managing data and maintaining its consistency across all systems has become crucial. Hire2Retire Integration Hub offers consistency to your identity data, helping you streamline your workforce lifecycle by syncing all identity management systems through a single, unified platform.
From advanced data mapping to secure connections and automated notifications, Integration Hub removes the risks of manual work and helps your organization be compliant and growth-ready.
