Whether for business or leisure, air travel is the primary method of long-distance travel. However, many of the world’s longest flights need an entire travel day to be planned around them. But what if a flight from New York to London took just 90 minutes? What if a flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo was only 3 hours long? That is the future Hermeus is working to make a reality. Overburdened Sysadmins had to manually manage changes to over 200 employee profiles and maintain synchronization between ADP and Azure AD. When they couldn’t keep up with the demand, the knock-on effects slowed down the entire company’s processes. Terminated employees often retained system access, opening up Hermeus’s private data to security risks, and a jumbled mess of a GAL caused confusion across the entire company. Enough was enough, and Hermeus sought out an employee lifecycle management solution as revolutionary as their hypersonic planes: Hire2Retire.

Hire2Retire has completely automated the previously manual process of employee lifecycle management for Hermeus, automatically creating and updating employee profiles between ADP and Azure AD in near-real time. Hire2Retire allows Hermeus to automatically provision access to key systems before new hires even walk in the door, providing a superior “First Day at Work” experience. At the same time, automatic and timely removal of system access from terminated employees enhances Hermeus’s data security. With employee profiles consistent and accurate, ghost employees were eliminated and Hermeus’s GAL stays accurate and updated. In the end, Hire2Retire helps Hermeus save time and money, so they can continue to chart a new path forward in commercial air travel.
