Integrate Ceridian API to AD, Azure AD, or Google Directory with Hire2Retire

As part of the Phase 5.8 release, Hire2Retire now supports integrations with the Ceridian API to sync employee profiles and manage lifecycle events.

With the release of Phase 5.8, Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s flagship employee lifecycle management solution, has added the capability to integrate Ceridian to Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, or Google Directory through the Ceridian API. The addition of Ceridian API support extends Hire2Retire’s integration capabilities to over 15 leading HRIS systems, including ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Paycom. Integrating using the Ceridian API as a complement to the traditional file extract method allows Hire2Retire users to customize their data sync workflow with flexible schedules that can be tailored to fit their exact needs.

Setting up a Hire2Retire integration with the Ceridian API takes just a few easy steps, with no coding necessary thanks to Hire2Retire’s user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Simply connect Ceridian to Hire2Retire and select the “API Integration” option for the authentication type. Then, connect your preferred identity management solution to Hire2Retire. After defining employee data, mapping lifecycle events and group membership rules, and setting up any additional third-party integrations, you’re ready to run Hire2Retire.

Using Hire2Retire to sync Ceridian to AD, Azure AD, or Google Directory and automate employee lifecycle management ensures new hires are automatically preboarded and onboarded with everything they need to have a superior “first day at work experience.” Hire2Retire also protects your company’s private data from breaches by automatically revoking terminated employees’ access to key systems in near-real time. The automatic process eliminates the need for your Sysadmins to waste time on the manual, repetitive, and tedious tasks of handling hires, rehires, terminations, role changes, and leaves of absence. Since time is money, all of that comes back to the simple truth that Hire2Retire can help save your business money. Who doesn’t want that?
