Receive Hire2Retire’s Automated Event Processing Reports Directly in your Email Inbox

As part of the Phase 5.6 release, Hire2Retire now creates detailed and thorough event processing reports that can be sent to any specified email address and scheduled automatically.

The Hire2Retire observe page has seen multiple recent improvements aimed at ensuring that you can see every change Hire2Retire makes to your employee profiles, roles, and group memberships. But we also understand that many of our customers don’t have the time to regularly log in and check the Hire2Retire observe page. That’s why Hire2Retire can now bring the observe page directly to your email inbox with automated event processing reports, a brand-new feature in the Phase 5.6 release.

You can set up automated event processing reports in your Hire2Retire workflow by going to the observe page and clicking on the new “Schedule Report” button. From there, you can specify exactly what days and times you want Hire2Retire to automatically create and send an event processing report, as well as to what emails the reports can be sent. If you don’t want to regularly schedule reports, you can also do a one-time export of all events processed from a selected timeframe and send it to the email inboxes of your choice.

The event processing report can be exported in either a PDF format or an interactive HTML format where you can click on any employee profile that has had an event processed and be automatically taken to a section with all changes made to that employee profile. These automated event processing reports allow you to quickly and efficiently make sure Hire2Retire is working to fit your exact needs without having to even log in. It’s just another way Hire2Retire can make employee lifecycle management a pain-free, worry-free experience for your organization!
