Automate Employee Lifecycle Management from HRIS to Google Directory with Hire2Retire

As part of the Phase 5.8 release, Hire2Retire now supports integrations with Google Directory to sync employee profiles and manage lifecycle events.

Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s groundbreaking employee lifecycle management solution, automatically synchronizes employee profiles and data between HR systems and Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD for companies around the world. Now, with the release of Hire2Retire Phase 5.8, that power has been extended to include integrations with Google Directory, allowing Google Directory users to enjoy the full benefits that come with Hire2Retire automation.

Setting up a Hire2Retire integration with Google Directory takes just a few easy steps, with no coding necessary thanks to Hire2Retire’s user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. Simply connect one of over 15 leading HRIS systems – including ADP, UKGPro, and Workday – to Hire2Retire through an API or file extract. Then, connect your Google Directory to Hire2Retire using the customer ID of your Google Workspace or Cloud Identity. After defining employee data, mapping lifecycle events and group membership rules, and setting up any additional third-party integrations, you’re ready to run Hire2Retire.

Once your integration has been set up, Hire2Retire automatically synchronizes employee data between your chosen HR system and Google Directory, creates and updates employee profiles in Google Directory, and organizes those profiles into the right OU’s and group memberships to keep your Global Address List (GAL) updated and current. Hire2Retire’s industry-leading Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) also provisions employee accounts with the correct licenses based on their role, ensuring employee access is granted exclusively on a “need-to-know basis.”

Using Hire2Retire to automate employee lifecycle management ensures new hires are automatically preboarded and onboarded with everything they need to have a superior “first day at work experience.” Hire2Retire also protects your company’s private data from breaches by automatically revoking terminated employees’ access to key systems in near-real time. The automatic process eliminates the need for your Sysadmins to waste time on the manual, repetitive, and tedious tasks of handling hires, rehires, terminations, role changes, and leaves of absence. Since time is money, all of that comes back to the simple truth that Hire2Retire can help your company’s bottom line.
