As DePelchin Children’s Center continued to expand its services and reach, it faced challenges in managing its employee lifecycle effectively. Sysadmins struggled with manual processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, leading to inefficiencies and errors. With over 300 employees, the organization faced challenges in keeping employee accounts and profiles up to date.
