Hire2Retire has added native support for Okta Directory in the latest Phase 7.6 release, marking the fourth Identity Provider (IdP) that Hire2Retire supports integrations with. Customers can now set up HR-to-Okta Directory integrations in Hire2Retire, streamlining employee lifecycle management, identity and access management (IAM), and more!

Synchronize Employee Data from HR Systems to Okta Directory

Hire2Retire can integrate over 20 leading HR systems to Okta Directory and set up custom HR system to Okta Directory integrations using REST connectors. When your selected HR system serves as the Source of Truth (SOT), Hire2Retire seamlessly syncs employee profile data with the Okta Directory. It automates profile creation and updates for onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and extended leave.
