It’s called AI Insights, and it uses a state-of-the-art machine-learning algorithm to automatically create optimized mapping rules for organizational unit (OU), security group (SG), and distribution list (DL) memberships. Using AI Insights in your Hire2Retire workflow is a breeze. Just go to the “Group Memberships” section of your Hire2Retire workflow and click on the “AI” button in the top right. Then, send your username and flow ID number to the Hire2Retire AI Research team, who will engage the AI Insights machine-learning algorithm to analyze the employee attributes in your Active Directory and/or existing group memberships. Once the process is complete, you’ll get fully customizable, optimized group memberships tailored to fit your exact business needs. In addition, you’ll receive an insights sheet with all the created group membership rules and the reason(s) behind their implementation, ensuring you know exactly why AI Insights has mapped your group assignments.
