MedeAnalytics was one of the first companies to recognize the need for advanced healthcare analytics, offering a SaaS data solution for payers and providers back in 1994, and ever since the company has been an industry leader. Over 22,000 users across 2,000 providers have used MedeAnalytics data to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.  

Struggles and Pains

As a company focused on making it easier for providers and payers to deal with large amounts of data, MedeAnalytics was not satisfied with the manual process of keeping employee profiles updated between ADP and Active Directory (AD). Its sysadmins and IT teams struggled to keep up with employee lifecycle management demands, slowing the onboarding of new employees and causing confusion when errors and inconsistent profile data appeared.
