Since 2021, the NSA has been shifting its focus towards strategic investments and partnerships to achieve its vision of becoming an industry leader. To accomplish this, it prioritized operational efficiency and sought technological capabilities to improve company management.
In its quest for operational efficiency, NSA stumbled upon Hire2Retire, RoboMQ’s lightweight IGA product, on Google. The company has been a satisfied customer since 2023.

Onboarding and Provisioning: When a new agent or employee joins the Paycom HR system, Hire2Retire automatically provisions accounts, assigns roles, and grants initial access to all necessary real estate platforms, such as CRM, email, and internal portals.
Off-boarding and De-provisioning: When an agent leaves the company, Hire2Retire triggers an automated workflow to immediately and completely deprovision all their accounts and revoke access to all company data and systems. This is crucial for security and compliance.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Hire2Retire streamlines the “Mover” process. When an agent’s role changes, the solution automatically modifies their access rights across all integrated systems to align with their new role, ensuring they have the right level of access without manual intervention. Making sure the right person has the right access.
By automating the provisioning and deprovisioning process, RoboMQ creates a clear, centralized, and immutable audit trail. This provides a record of who was granted access to what, when their access was revoked, and why, which is crucial for demonstrating compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA and internal security policies.
Hire2Retire serves as the underlying automation platform that enables security measures like MFA, directly ensuring that when an identity is created or deleted, all other security systems and MFA-enabled applications are updated correctly.
Hire2Retire played a pivotal role in the NSA’s mission of growth and expansion by significantly enhancing its operational efficiency. As a result, by 2024, the company became the fourth-largest operator of storage facilities in the United States.
The company now owns and operates a substantial portfolio of 1,067 self-storage properties across 37 states and Puerto Rico, spanning approximately 69.7 million rentable square feet
