Onboarding and Provisioning: When a new agent or employee joins the Paycom HR system, Hire2Retire automatically provisions accounts, assigns roles, and grants initial access to all necessary real estate platforms, such as CRM, email, and internal portals.

Off-boarding and De-provisioning: When an agent leaves the company, Hire2Retire triggers an automated workflow to immediately and completely deprovision all their accounts and revoke access to all company data and systems. This is crucial for security and compliance.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Hire2Retire streamlines the “Mover” process. When an agent’s role changes, the solution automatically modifies their access rights across all integrated systems to align with their new role, ensuring they have the right level of access without manual intervention. Making sure the right person has the right access.

Compliance and Audit Trail:

By automating the provisioning and deprovisioning process, RoboMQ creates a clear, centralized, and immutable audit trail. This provides a record of who was granted access to what, when their access was revoked, and why, which is crucial for demonstrating compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA and internal security policies.

Hire2Retire serves as the underlying automation platform that enables security measures like MFA, directly ensuring that when an identity is created or deleted, all other security systems and MFA-enabled applications are updated correctly.
