Suntex Marinas, with a burgeoning reputation in the Marina industries, works towards making vacations or official visits of individuals extraordinarily satisfying by helping them create smooth memories on the water. With over 15 years of experience in ownership and management of Marina properties, Suntex Marinas is known for providing top-notch services to its customers not only in the summertime but throughout the year.

Struggles and Pains

Suntex Marinas, with its best-in-class services and a huge team of experienced dockhands, maintenance technicians, and executive leaders, has revolutionized the Marina sector, establishing itself as an industry leader. Owning and managing over 50 Marina properties across the United States and managing the employee profiles of its more than 1600 employees is a huge endeavor. Its Sysadmins had to update every employee lifecycle event from onboarding to offboarding to role change manually, which made it difficult for the company to keep its AD (Active Directory) coordinated with its HRIS, ie. ADP. 

Suntex noticed that because of the manual interventions, its new hires are stuck waiting for access, and some terminated employees could still be holding on to sensitive data of companies, risking the possibility of harmful data breaches. With its recent merger with Fair Haven Yacht Works and Roosevelt Lake Marina, it became clear that it needed an automated solution that could manage its employees’ lifecycle and group-based provisioning.

Resolution

RoboMQ addressed all the challenges Suntex Marinas was facing by implementing its flagship product, Hire2Retire, as an ADP to AD integration.
