Struggles and Pains

Platinum Equity has come a long way since its founding in 1995, with just $200,000 in seed capital. Today, the firm is a global investment powerhouse with over 50 companies in its portfolio, generating over $89 billion in aggregate revenue. However, with such rapid expansion comes challenges, and Platinum Equity is no exception. 

As the firm grew to operate across various industries and locations, managing its large and diverse workforce of over 500 lead executives became increasingly complex. The existing HRIS and IT access management systems – ADP and Azure AD – proved inadequate in handling the scale and complexity of employee management across different locations, roles, and organizational structures.
