DMCL is a leading Canadian full-service accounting firm with a global reach, founded in 1984 by Bob Matheson, who started as a sole practitioner. Over time, it grew through mergers and partnerships with Matheson Donaldson and Robson Dale Carr-Hilton, eventually becoming Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton.
Since then, DMCL has experienced exponential growth, expanding its services and opening offices in multiple locations across Canada. While maintaining steady growth, they have retained the personal touch of a mid-sized firm.

During the initial phase, Hire2Retire played a pivotal role in the implementation process, assisting DMCL with integrating Bamboo HR into Hybrid AD for a company with over 250 employees, which has now risen to 500 employees. With Hire2Retire’s integration, DMCL saw a decline of 20% in the number of tickets generated for IT, automating the onboarding process for new hires. Hire2Retire supported DMCL in batch-processing employee records and establishing workflows tailored to the accounting industry’s specific requirements. DMCL remains a client of Hire2Retire, and currently, Hire2Retire is facilitating the migration to a different HR system to better meet the growing needs of the company. RoboMQ actively seeks customer feedback and strives to incorporate their suggestions into its product.
