Struggles and Pains

Today, AnchorSix has evolved to become one of the most sought-after IT Outsourcing services providers in Utah, experiencing continuous growth in both size and business. However, as AnchorSix expanded, it faced difficulties in keeping track of its growing workforce. The manual method company was using for employee lifecycle management and resource provisioning was very time-consuming and cumbersome. Its Sysadmins were updating every employee lifecycle event from onboarding to retirement for 1500 employees, which led to significant delays in its operations. Many new hires were still waiting for their access, and some terminated employees were still holding the company’s sensitive data, which could lead to privacy and security concerns not only for the company but also for its clients.

Being an Information Technology and Services leader, AnchorSix quickly realized that it needed to implement an integrated solution that could synchronize data between its HRIS ADP and AD( (Active Directory).
