AEG’s unique partnership system consists of regional, independent elevator companies that combine to deliver local expertise and customer service to over 27,000 elevators in 21 states. The system has revolutionized the idea of elevator service, but behind the scenes AEG struggled to effectively keep up with the employee profiles spread across their subsidiaries. The company needed to ensure that their employee account and profile data was updated and accurate, and that all employees were assigned the correct rolebased access privileges, security groups, and organization units; the kind of problem RoboMQ’s Hire2Retire was created to solve.

RoboMQ implemented Hire2Retire as a fully automated employee lifecycle management and identity provisioning product, providing AEG with end-to-end, no-code data integration between Paycom HCM and Azure AD. Hire2Retire allows AEG to update and manage employee identities in their system, provides automatic role-based access control (RBAC), and ensures AEG employee profiles are automatically placed in and removed from the correct security groups. In the same way AEG keeps elevators across the country operating smoothly, Hire2Retire keeps AEG’s data secure upon terminations, provides their employees with a superior “First Day at Work” experience, and saves the company both time and money.
