VERBIO North America, founded in 2018, is part of the VERBIO Group, a renewable energy company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut and focused on supporting climate neutrality and sustainable production.
Through its biorefineries across Europe, North America, and Asia, the company converts agricultural raw materials and residues into biofuels, green energy, and renewable products for industries including chemicals and agriculture. VERBIO also supports the animal feed and food industries with products generated from sustainable biomass while focusing on commercial growth, social responsibility, and long-term energy supply security.
VERBIO North America was managing employee lifecycle processes manually between Paycor and Hybrid Active Directory environments. HR and IT teams relied heavily on manual coordination to manage onboarding, employee updates, transfers, and offboarding workflows.
The company was handling close to 100 employee data changes every month, including new hires, employee transfers, manager changes, role updates, and employee exits.
